In 2012, Sohail Khan announced his intention to remake the film Stalin. Renaming it Mental, Sohail began to put the project into action. Shooting of Mental started on February 27, 2013. Shooting was then postponed from February to March. The film will mark the debut of Sana Khan & Santosh Sukla. Shooting of "Mental" had begun in late March 2013. The film's release date was put into query, as Sohail had delayed the movie for 11 months. In an interview regarding the film's status, Sohail had said,"I'm not rushing the film. But I have to release it in December of this year. That's the deadline. I hope I can finish the film on time, but I guess time will tell the tale from here.

This news comes straight from the sets of 'Mental' staring Salman Khan. 'Mental' was earlier titled 'Radhey' after Salman’s character in the film. And this too is about to change.

Sources say, "Salman is not happy with the 'Mental' tag and is looking for a suitable title. Many alternatives were discussed on the sets recently.”

A close associate to Salman and Sohail says, "This was never the final title; just a working one.”

Sohail Khan, who is producing the movie, remains tight-lipped on the subject. We'll discuss this at a later stage,” is all he would say

However, during his shoot in Dubai, when Emirates24|7 asked Sohail if he has finalised the title, he categorically said, "No 'Mental' is just a working title. We will work on it later but as of now we are concentrating on our shoots".


Salman to re-launch Govinda

Salman Khan is all set to re-launch his friend and co star from the film ‘Partner’.

One can recall how Salman Khan got ‘Partner’ made and got Govinda a new lease of life, something that he destroyed a while back. But now Salman is back to help his friend again by producing a film which will be directed by Mahesh Manjrekar.

Mahesh had directed Govinda long ago in a film called ‘Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hai’. And now Salman is reuniting them with the Hindi remake of the Marathi hit ‘Shikshanacha Aicha Go’, a film that takes a dig at the education system in India.

Govinda and Salman Khan shared some cold vibes for a while when Salman Khan refused to launch Govinda’s daughter Narmada opposite him in ‘Dabangg’ and opted for Shatrughan Sinha’s daughter Sonakshi to be the lead role in the film. But then a lot of water has flown under the bridge since then and Salman and Govinda are back to being friends again.

Bollywood actor Kareena Kapoor, who plays a political journalist in "Satyagraha", will emulate her character in the movie and go de-glam during the promotions of the Prakash Jha-directed film.

Kareena is usually seen in an ultra-glamorous avatar. But in the movie, she sports a simple kurta, pair of jeans and a stole.
She will remain in the character's look for the promotions, which will begin a month before the film hits the screens Aug 30, said a source.

This will be different from usual promotional events where Bollywood celebrities put their best foot forward in terms of fashion at public and media events.

Satyagraha movie deals with the movement of the middle-class to re-negotiate democracy.

Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Dobara

Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobaara is an upcoming 2013 Indian crime gangster film directed by Milan Luthria and produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. A sequel to the 2010 film Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai, the film will feature Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha and Imran Khan in leading roles, and Sonali Bendre in a supporting role.

The first trailer of the film was released on 28th May 2013. The film, on the other hand is expected to be released on the Independence Day, 15th August, 2013. The release date of the film was pushed further by the producers to avoid clashing with Rohit Shetty's upcoming film Chennai Express which is releasing one week earlier.This is the third collaboration between Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha as a pair  and the first between Sonakshi Sinha and Imran Khan

The movie takes off from where the previous film ended with Shoaib Khan (Akshay Kumar) being the reigning don after assassinating his mentor, Sultan Mirza (Ajay Devgn) thus earning the respect and reverence of the people. He is the charismatic and suave man with womanising skills who has extended his empire upto the Middle east on the west. His sole companions and friends are Javed, who oversees his illegal and shady works for him, his old-time love Mumtaz (Sonali Bendre) and Aslam (Imran Khan), a youth spotted by Shoiab during one of his visits to the slums, where he once spent the early years of his life.

The only obstacles on Shoaib's path to supremacy in Bombay are two enemies of Shoaib, Vardha and Arun. Sreenu, a police officer join hands with Vardha and Arjun as the trio's intention of ruining Shoaib coincides..

The release date of one of the year's most awaited films - "Chennai Express", starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, has been postponed by a day so that it coincides with the auspicious occasion of Eid. Earlier, the Rohit Shetty directorial was set to release on 8 August.
