Though SRK hasnt deliver one blockbuster in last 4 years, all of them opened BIG. Shah Rukh Khan has All India market. He has command not only in regular Hindi belt circuits like Delhi, Punjab, Mumbai, CP, CI but also he is huge star in South and west Bengal where very few star films opens bigger. In Mysore, Kolkata, Chennai and Hyderabad circuits it will be clean sweep for CE becuase of SRK stardom their.

Rohit Shetty knows the plus of Masses. All His recent films have done 100cr plus and enjoyed positive word of mouth. Not only in Single Screens, but also in multiplexes. His films run steadily even after first week like Singham, Bol Bachchan and G3. His films hardly has a boring moments and are 100% entertainers.

Chennai Express has right dose of Action, COMEDY, lOVE AND SONGS which can be called as full packed masala entetainers. If songs will be HIT the film can take big opening in Single Screens and with Presense of SRK in the film, who is darling of classes will give it big opening in plexes as well.

Along with Dhoom 3, Rohit Shetty’s Chennai Express is undoubtedly the most awaited film of 2013. The theatrical trailer, which was launched a few days ago, has created Bollywood history since it has amassed more than two million views on YouTube in the span of a couple of days. Considering that the baadshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan is coming back to the silver screen after quite a hiatus, this is pretty much expected. What does set Chennai Express apart from all his other films is him working with Rohit Shetty for the first time. Rohit has delivered 5 to 6 consecutive blockbusters which have managed to rake in more than 100 crores at the box office. Moreover, this is the first time that Rohit & composers Vishal-Shekhar have collaborated. Judging by the initial first looks, they seem to have composed a kickass dhamakedaar soundtrack.

The release date of one of the year's most awaited films - "Chennai Express", starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, has been postponed by a day so that it coincides with the auspicious occasion of Eid. Earlier, the Rohit Shetty directorial was set to release on 8 August.
